Villa plots are available in one of three sizes 600, 1000 and 2000, the exact dimensions of the plots can vary, as shown on Plotfinder. These plots will be released in phases. However you may make an advanced reservation on any plot.

These were released last year.
All 400 plots were sold within a few months.
Pre-infrastructure discount plot release
** All 100 plots sold **
A limited number of nominal 600 m2 plots complete with a 2 bedroom Tulum villa offering approximately 200m2 of covered space for a fully inclusive price of $210,000 are being offered in phase one zone A. Construction will start Summer 2008.
PHASE ONE - Current Release
Indicative Property Prices Phase 1
These prices are current but subject to price rises on the completion of each zone of a phase. The price is based on a property that includes a small pool, garage, patios and balconies.
It comprises a fitted property with landscaping but not furnished.
- 600 plots with approximately 200 m2 covered accommodation = $234,800
- 1000 plots with approximately 250 m2 covered accommodation = $318,000
- 2000 plots with approximately 300 m2 covered accommodation = $460,000
Each property will be priced individually depending on the final size, design and types of finishes chosen. Optional furnishing packages will be available. Advanced reservations for phase II are now being taken.
PHASE II - Release date planned : DECEMBER 2008
PHASE III - Release date planned : 2009
PHASE IV - Release date planned : 2010
